For hygiene and quality reasons, items will be carefully inspected before a refund or exchange is approved.

2. Intimate Wear & Eligible Items

We accept returns and exchanges on all items, including intimate wear such as bras, panties, and shapewear, as long as the conditions mentioned above are met.

Please ensure that items are tried on over clean undergarments and are handled with care to maintain hygiene standards.

3. Refund & Exchange Amount

The amount considered for refunds or exchanges will be based on the original purchase price paid at the time of order.

  • If the item was purchased during a sale or promotion, the discounted price will be used for refund or exchange.
  • Refunds may be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on our current policy and your preference (where applicable).

4. Delivery & Handling Charges

Customers are responsible for delivery charges in both refund and exchange cases, unless specifically stated otherwise as part of a promotion or campaign.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer, unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.

5. Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, it will go through a brief quality check. After approval:

  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7 working days.
  • Processing time may vary slightly based on your bank or payment provider.

6. Non-Eligible Returns

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if items are:

  • Worn, washed, stained, or damaged.
